Drie jaar later, op 16 april 1777, verkoopt Adriaan Bertling deze buitenplaats weer aan dhr. H. F. Lewe, Heer van Mattenesse (bij Mensingeweer). De buitenplaats gaat later "Noordwijk" heten. Als Sybilla Catharina Sichterman hertrouwt met Adriaan Joseph Trip komt ze hier opnieuw te wonen. Bij haar overlijden wordt als haar beroep vermeld: eigenaresse.
