HvF 13445 d.d.27-10-1742:zij heeft als weduwe een geding met Sixtus Acronius inzake het recht op studie met het Tietema-leen;zij eist dit op voor haar zoon Johannes de Penijn;Sixtus vindt dat zijn zoon Gellius Acronius rechten heeft;Tjitske is een afstammeling van Claes Jarichs van der Leij ( A II-a) en Sixtus is een afstammeling van Hendrick Jarichs van der Leij (A II-b); de Tietemalijn loopt volgens de stukken van het Tietemaleen alleen via Claes Jarichs;de eerdere uitspraak van het nedergerecht d.d. 20-5-1741 wordt nietig verklaard.
