Winn, 93, a resident of Copeland Oaks, died at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring following a short illness. Born Nov. 10, 1894, in Marlboro, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Anna Painter Brantingham. Mrs. Winn was a former member of the First Friends Church of Alliance and had taught the nursery class at the church. She was a member of the Damascus United Methodist Church and Helping Hands. She was also a volunteer at R.S.V.P. of Sebring. Survivors include a son, Donovan W. Winn of Salem; three daughters, Anna June Chambers of Shreveport, La., Mary Helen Krebs of Charlotte, Mich., and Florence Mae Ross of Haviland, Kan.; a sister, Alma Hill of Canton; 25 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death in 1973, by her husband, Frank S. Winn, whom she married Aug. 22, 1917. She was also preceded in death by three sons, Robert, Charles G. and the Rev. Harold B. Winn. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Damascus Friends Church with the Rev. Richard C. Sartwell and the Rev. Larry G. Kinser officiating. Burial will be in the Alliance City Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Gednetz Funeral Home in Sebring.
