In 1748 woonde Jochem met zijn vrouw Grietje in de Visscherstraat in het 3e huis; bij hen woonde in de weduwe van Harm Opperman. Naast hen woonde hun zoon Gerrit met zijn vrouw Annetje Jans en hun kinderen. Hun dochter Geesje woonde met haar man Jacob van Gulik (zonder kinderen) in het 28e huis. (O.R.A. Stad Vollenhove)
