Floris Jansz Schermer woonde in Heemskerkerduin, in de in 2003 nog
bestaande boerderij Zuidendt aan de Hondsbosseweg. Hij kocht deze
boerderij met een stal voor 16 koeien en 3 paarden met twee stukken
teelland samen groot 1086 roeden in 1749 van Agie Louris (voor foto zie
WOC, deel 17, jrg.1994, blz.45).
