Notes about Clara Elisabeth Maria Gertruda "Claar" Timmermans

Zij heeft haar eerste Heilige Communie gedaan op 25 maart 1951 (1e Paasdag) samen met haar partner Ben Ten Koppel. Kapelaan was A. van de Ven.
Vóór haar huwelijk is ze enige tijd werkzaam geweest in het onderwijs, met name in Groesbeek met name aan de Maria VGLO in wat men nu het basisonderwijs noemt.
De laatste twee maanden van haar leven heeft ze doorgebracht in het psycho-geriatrische verzorgingstehuis "De Geinsche Hof" in Nieuwegein, alwaar ze al langere tijd (ca 3 jaar) voor de dagbehandeling kwam i.v.m. de ziekte van Alzheimer. Ruim een jaar voor haar overlijden werd een duidelijke vernauwing van de hartkransslagader geconstateerd en een ernstige afwijking aan de hartklep. Wegens een verregaand stadium van de Alzheimerziekte werd niet meer tot behandeling overgegaan.
Ze heeft een lichte mate van suikerziekte gehad.
