    In het jaar 1892 verscheen voor ons Ambtenaar van de Burgelijke Stand der gemeente Oosterhout, Petrus Josephus Bernardus van Horsigh, oud 76 jaren, Verloskundige, wonende te Oosterhout, welke ons heeft verklaard, dat een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, te Oosterhout, op den 23 Nov deze jaars, des voormiddags ten negen ure is geboren in het huis Wijk G, Nummer 51, in zijne tegenwoordigheid van Antonia van Hooijdonk, zonder beroep, Echtenoote van Teunis van der Kaa, arbeider beiden wonende te Oosterhout, zijnde de vader afwezig aan welk kind hij verklaart te geven de voornaam van Johannes. Van welke verklaring wij deze akte hebben opgemaakt, in tegenwoordigheid van Jacobus van Trier, oud 38 jaren, kleermaker, en Cornelis van Tier, ouddertig jaren Schoenmaker, beiden wonende te Oosterhout, en is deze akte na voorlezing door ons, den declarant en de getuigen geteekend...
