Notes about Johannes van der Kaa

Bev Reg Teteringen 1895-1907 vermeldt Johannes vd Kaa als dienstknecht en Mechelina (vier jaar ouder dan Johannes) vd Kaa als dienstbode.
Bevolkingsregister Teteringen: per 24-6-1898 naar Ginneken en per 5-4-1904 naar Oosterhout.
Twee maanden (october-december 1917) gevangenis voor poging tot verboden uitvoer (te Breda). Gevangenissen Breda 1815-1940, toeg.nr 55, inv nr 159.
BHIC Vermeldt dat deze Johannes, is veroordeeld tot 8 maanden voor diefstal, voorafgegaan van geweld en bedreigeing met geweld tegen een persoon, met het oogmerk dien diefstal voor te bereiden. Inschrijvings register gevangenen, Gevangenissen in Breda, 1815-1040, toegangsnr 55, inv. nr 148.
Op 17 April 1906 veroordeeld vanwege diefstal, vonnis: 14/2/1905-24/9/1906. 's Hertogenbosch, toeg. nr 52, inv nr 549.
Hij krijgt ook EEN dag hechtenis voor: Het te Oosterhout op een openbaren weg in de kom der gemeente als geleider zitten op een met honden bespannen voertuig. 1904. Breda. Toeg.nr 55, invnr 268
HIj krjgt ook een dag hechtenis voor het zich in kennelijken staat van dronkenschap op de openbaren weg bevinden (samen met andere lui: Cornelis van Leent, Martinus Spaan, Johannes de Wijs, Johannes Antonie Korenman, Balthazar Bezems.) Registratie jaar, 1905, toeg.nr 55, inv nr 269.
Onder de naam Johannes Franciscus vd Kaa, geb 15/11/1884 te Teteringen, zit hij weer eens vast voor diefstal, in 1906. Breda toegnr 55, inv nr 349.
Op 24 Oct 1917, niet duidelijk waarvoor, maar hij wordt op 27 oct weer vrijgesteld. In de akte is een papier geplakt met: De officier van Justitie te Breda requireert de onmiddelijke invrijheidstelling van J. v.d. Kaa, 27 oct. 1917, Breda. Gevangenissen te Breda, toeg.nr 55, inv nr 302.
BevReg Teteringen 1895-1907: dienstboden reg. vermeldt Johannes vd Kaa (1884) als diensknecht en zus Mechelina (1880) als dienstbode.
BevREg Gilze&Rijen 1921-1925 mooi overzicht van 't gezin: Johannes (1884), arbeider; Cornelia Hermans (1884) en kinderen: Johannes Adrianus (1903), Franciscus Johannes (1910), Marinus Franciscus (1912), Maria Adriana (1913) en Jacobus Franciscus (1914). Oudste zoon: Johannes Adrianus vertrekt naar Hoensbroek in 1925.
