Jenneke was bij haar huwelijk met Michiel al weduwe van Joannis van den Broeck, met wie ze in 1721 te Chaam trouwde. Daarvoor was ze ook al getrouwd geweest met ene Adriaen Cornelis Nuijten. Het huwelijk met Michiel was ook een 'moetje', want twee maanden na het huwelijk werd hun eerste kind, Martinus, al geboren.
