In 1706 en 1716 zijn de erven Evert Hendricksz eigenaar van Davelaar en bruiker is Jan Evertsz (Oudschildgeld Woudenberg nr. 94).

In 1719 is Jan Evertsz eigenaar en bruiker van Davelaar (Oudschildgeld Woudenberg nr. 94). Oudschildgeld Woudenberg nr. 94, 1719: Jan Evertsz, bruiker zelf.

In 1725 toont Evertjen Jacobs, wed. Hendrick Evertsen van Davelaer de uitkoop van Jan Evertsen van Davelaer, eerst wed. Marija Willemsen van Lambalgen voor not. Quirijn Pauw te Utrecht, gepasseerd op 03-04-1704. Hieruit blijkt dat de erfgenamen van Marija een vierde deel van een bank in de Grote Kerk krijgen (Recht. Arch. Scherpenzeel 4; 16-04-1725).

Jan is al eerder getrouwd geweest. Te Scherpenzeel huwt hij op 21-02-1703 met Marijtje Willemsen van Lambalgen, ged. Scherpenzeel 26-12-1659, op Voscuijlen, ov. voor 1704, dr. van Willem Evertsz en Geertje Gijsberts.
