Op oktober 10 in crastino Beati Dionysii martiris Willem Bac geheten Gruter heeft overgedragen voor schepenen van 's-Hertogenbosch aan Arnold van Schijnle : erfcijnzen uit een goed geheten Die Brake en huis en erf, gelegen in Schijndel bij 't Delscoet, en uit huis en erf in de Hinthamerstraat in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Uit twee akten (van 1347 en 1350) blijkt dat het gruitrecht (fermenteit,d.w.z. de gruittol) vóór die tijd nog in handen was van Willem Bac van Broeckhoven (overleden tussen 1342-1350), die in de eerste akte (1347) wordt aangeduidt als "Wilhelmi Fermentatoris" (de gruiter) en in 1350 als "Wilhelmi quondam dicti Gruyter". Deze Willem van Broeckhoven had het "Oude Goet van Broeckhoven" verkregen van zijn vader Walterus Bac van Baescot.
