Govaert erfde van zijn ouders hun
stede in de Achterstraat ten Hout. Nadat in 1670 zijn bezittingen
waren geinventariseerd (29) , vond op 30 maart 1674 de boedeldeling
plaats.(30)
Het landbezit was als volgt:
Zaailand (13 percelen) 9,70 ha
Gras- en hooiland (10 percelen) 8,80 ha
Zegge (l perceel) 1,29 ha
Bos (l perceel____ 0,65 ha
Totaal (25 percelen) 30,44 ha

Govaert bezat twee paarden (een merrie en een bruin ruinpaard) en een veulen van een jaar, elf 'beesten' (runderen), groot en klein. Uit de inventaris blijkt, dat er op de boerderij boter werd
bereid en vlas getwijnd. Twee weefgetouwen duiden op linnen- of
lakenbereiding. De granen op zolder bestonden uit 40 veertelen
boekweit, 30 veertelen rogge, 4 veertelen haver en 2 veertelen bonen.
Verder waren twee lopen takkenbossen, twee taskens hooi,
een tas rogge en erwtenstro.
Voorts was de inventaris onderverdeeld in koperwerk, tin, aardewerk en houten gebruiksvoorwer-pen.
De slaaplakens waren 9 el groot, de hemden 3 el. Man en
vrouw hadden naast hun dagelijkse goed zwart lakense kleding,
zijden hoeden en fluwelen mouwen. Aan uitstaand geld waren er
twee obligaties van £ 300, een schepenschuldbrief van £ 300 ten
laste van de vrijheid van Oosterhout, een Hollandse obligatie van
£ 150, een onderhandse obligatie van £ 83:8:0 aan een familielid.
Noch aen hant bevonden thien dubbele ryders, yder ryder gerekent
tegen dartigh guldens. Ten slotte bezat het echtpaar gouden
trouwringen, terwijl de weduwe in het bezit was van een silveren
tongschobber met enige instrumenten daerin gewerckt.
