NA Waalre (S. de Vries) inv.nr. 8332 akte 203 d.d. 24-11-1815: Arnoldus Coppelmans, landbouwer te Zeelst, Lauwerens Renders, landbouwer te Woensel, en echtg. Maria Coppelmans, Peeter Timmers, landbouwer te Zeelst, en echtg. Johanna Coppelmans, hebben onderhands verkocht en dragen bij deze over aan Jan Coppelmans, landbouwer te Strijp, drie onverdeeld ¼ parten in de navolgende percelen te Zeelst, waarvan hetvierde ¼ part aan de verkrijger toebehoort, welke goederen de verkopers zijn aangekomen bij erfenis van hun moeder Maria van Grotel wed.
