Adriana Christina de Beer, hebben onderhands verkocht en dragen bij deze overaan Arnoldus Coppelmans, landbouwer te Zeelst, de navolgende onroerendegoederen te Zeelst, hen aangekomen bij erfenis van hun moeder de weduwe Gerard de Beer, overleden te Gestel in 1814:
