Frans Johann Lodewijk Deiman, geboren te Vlagtwedde, oud negenentwintig jaren, molenaar, wonende te Groningen, binnen de laatste zes maanden te Ter Apel gemeente Vlagtwedde, meerderjarige zoon van Bernardus Deiman, oud eenenzestig jaren, molenaar, wonende te Ter Apel voormeld en van Margarietha Schoe, overleden, als bruidegom ter eene en Jantje Timmer, geboren te Vlagtwedde, oud twintig jaren, zonder beroep, wonende te Altharenermoor in Duitschland, minderjarige dochter van Jan Timmer, landbouwer en van Geertje Schot, zonder beroep, beiden wonende te Altharenermoor voormeld, als bruid ten andere zijde, zijnde hierbij mede verschenen de vader van den bruidegom die zijne toestemming tot de voltrekking van dit huwelijk geeft.

De afkondiging tot dit huwelijk is onverhinderd geschied alhier en te Vlagtwedde, en in de gemeente Altharen wordende hierbij mede overgelegd eene toestemming van bruids ouders.

Wij hebben hun afgevraagd of zij elkander aannemen tot echtgenooten en getrouwelijk alle de plichten zullen vervullen, welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn. Na bevestigende beantwoording dezer vraag, hebben wij, in naam der wet, uitspraak gedaan, dat zij door het huwelijk aan elkander zijn verbonden.
Als getuigen waren tegenwoordig: 1. Harmannus Deiman, oud drieendertig jaren, molenaar, wonende te Ter Apel, broeder van den Echtgenoot en 2. Johan Gerhard Plagge, oud vijfentwintig jaren, landbouwer, wonende te Jipsingboermussel.

En is hiervan door ons opgemaakt deze akte, die, na voorlezing, door de comparanten, de getuigen en ons is ondertekend.
