    31 januari 1737: Jasper Gerrit Klabbers, wonende te Mullem, geeft te kennen dat enige jaren geleden zijn vrouw Willemina Peeters is overleden en dat hij van de erfgenamen van Jacob in de Weij te Oploo tegen jaarlijks pensioen heeft genegotieerd en opgenomen f 100,-- waarop f 50,-- aan pensioenen zijn komen te verlopen. Dat de erfgenamen van Jacob in de Weij te rade zijn geworden een gerechtelijke viervoudige commerslag op de gerede en ongerede goederen aan te leggen. De gerede goederen worden verkocht, bestaande uit een bouwvallig huisje met een hof en een klein perceeltje land te Mullem. Er zijn minderjarige kinderen en tot bloedmomboirs zijn aangesteld Gerrit Klabbers en Johan Claessens de Hoogh. De gerede goederen gaan naar zijn oudste meerderjarige zoon Peeter Jaspers Klabbers.
