De Griffier bij de Arrondissements-Rechtbank te ARNHEM verklaart, dat op zijne registers tot heden geen verzet is aangeteekend tegen het vonnis den 28 Februari 1929 door die Rechtbank bij vertek gewezen tusschen Johanna Maria Wessels, wonende te Arnhem als eischeres en haren echtgenoot Pieter Johan Meij, wonende te Arnhem als gedaagde, waarbij het huwelijk van deze partijen door ECHTSCHEIDING is ontbonden verklaard, in welk vonnis de gedaagde heeft berust, blijkens verklaring door hem afgegeven den 2 Maart 1929.
Waarvan deze acte is opgemaakt door mij Griffier bij genoemde Rechtbank onderteekend op heden den 11 Maart 1929.
