Getuigen waren Tonij Helmink, oud 50 jaar, landbouwer, stiefvader van de bruidegom, Gradus Rabelink, oud 43 jaar, gemeentebode, Antoon Meijnen, oud 23 jaar, klompenmaker en Berend Bel, oud 23 jaar, timmerman, allen wonende in de gemeente Ambt Doetinchem.

Theodorus, in dienst zijnde, had toestemming om te trouwen van zijn commandant:
. Korps Rijdende Artillerie.
TOESTEMMING TOT HET AANGAAN VAN EEN HUWELIJK.
Op grond der Beschikking van de Minister van Oorlog, dd. 11 April 1892, VIIe Afd. No. 72, verleent de commandeerende officier van opgemeld korps, namens den Minister van Oorlog bij deze toestemming tot het aangaan van een huwelijk
aan den milicien Plaatsverv. Schuurman Theodorus der lichting van 1889,uit de gemeente Aalten, provincie Gelderland.
De verlofganger wordt er aan herinnerd, dat hij, door het aangaan van een huwelijk, in geen geval wordt ontheven van het volbrengen der verplichtingen, welke hij krachtens de Militiewet heeft te vervullen, zoodat hij deswege ook niet zal worden vrijgesteld van den werkelijken dienst waartoe hij, voor herhalingsoefeningen of uit anderen hoofde, mocht worden opgeroepen.
