Het overlijden van Frederik Wilhelm Berendsen werd aangegeven door Hendrik Crop, oud 35 jaar, aanspreker wonende te Velp en Willem Adolf Mooij, oud 40 jaar, klerk ter secrtarie wonende te Rheden. Frederik Wilhelm is begraven op de Oude Begraafplaats aan de Reinaldstraat te Velp vermoedelijk in graf nr.1565.
