Uit de politierapporten van Amsterdam:
25 oktober 1940 23:30 uur Martha Elisabeth de Klark, 27 jr., dienstbode won. Gaaspstr. 43-II, alh.*, doet aangifte van diefstal van haar damesrijwiel, merk "Kamphuis", heden n.m. 10/11 uur voor perc. Stadionweg hoek Stadionpl. Waard F. 15,--.
In de stuurtasch op het rijwiel zat en taschje inh. een roode damesport. met F. 4.50, alsmede een ten hare name gestelde stamkaart en puntenkaart.

Uit de politierapporten van Amsterdam:
4 november 1940 02.10 uur. Brengen de aps v/d/ Stelt en Cramer vanaf de Sophialaan hoek Amstelweg een meisje Martha Elisabeth de Klark, 27 jr., dienstbode won. v.Waldeck Pyrmonthlaan 20-III th van Pepers*. Rapp. troffen het meisje gillend aan zittend op het terras in gezelschap van een onderofficier der Duitsche weermacht, gelegerd in het Wilh. gasth. De directoire van het meisje was geheel naar beneden gehaald en zou dit volgens met geweld en tegen haar wil door den militair zijn gedaan, terwijl hij haar bovendien in het gelaat had geslagen. Zij was niet in het bezit van een legitimatiebewijs, omdat dit haar ontstolen, zie rapp. dd 25-10-40 mut. 11.30 n/m van dit bur. Afschrift in viervoud aan H.B. verzonden. Voornoemd meisje is onder geleide van Bp Spoelstra te 4 uur naar huis geleid. Daar zij na 12 uur tegen haar wil werd aangetroffen, wordt geen p.v.b. opgemaakt.

Een overtreding zich tusschen 0 en 4 uur in openlucht bevinden (niet strafbaar zie voorgaande mut.).

*Het adres bestaat wel, maar volgens de "Woningkaarten" heeft hier nooit een Pepers gewoond.

Op 1 augustus 1941 werd aan Martha een persoonsbewijs uitgereikt, nr. 429147.





Zij is getrouwd met Barend Baggel op 22 mei 1943 te Barneveld, Gelderland, Nederland, zij was toen 29 jaar oud.Bron 1
