DE STAATSRAAD, COMMISSARIS DES KONINGS IN DE PROVINCIE GELDERLAND, verklaart, dat Jacobus Antonie de Klark, geboren te Zutphen, den 17 februarij 1840, wonende te Lochem, van beroep schrijnwerker, zoon van Jacobus en van Jacoba Wassink, beide overleden te Zutphen, den 15 October 1857 en 6 Januarij 1872; in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeente Zutphen van het jaar 1859, voor de ligting van het jaar 1859, is ingeschreven; dat hem bij de lotong is ten del gevallen No. 168 en dat hij vervolgens door den militieraad, uit hoofde van ligchaamsgebreken van de dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te ARNHEM, den 16 October 1872.
