    Voor het secretariaat van Bergambacht verschijnt Dirk Paulusz Casteleijn, eerst weduwnaar van Lijsbeth Rustwat, laatst weduwnaar van Lijsbeth Nannese den Boer, om zijn testament vast te laten leggen.

    Er zijn 4 kinderen verwekt in zijn huwelijk met Lijsbeth Nannense den Boer: Joost, Claas, Fijgje en Marrigje. Ze erven de naakte en blote legitieme portie van zijn goederen.

    Als zijn enige en universele erfgenaam in zijn na te laten roerende en onroerende goederen wordt benoemd zijn zoon uit het eerste huwelijk met Lijsbeth Ruswat, genaamd Paulus Dirkse Casteleijn.

    Als voogd over de minderjarige kinderen of kinds kinderen worden aangesteld:
    Jan Jansz Casteleijn, zijn neef en Bastiaan Willemse de Groot een behuwde neef.
