    Er zijn 4 kinderen verwekt in zijn huwelijk met Lijsbeth Nannense den Boer: Joost, Claas, Fijgje en Marrigje. Ze erven de naakte en blote legitieme portie van zijn goederen.

    Als zijn enige en universele erfgenaam in zijn na te laten roerende en onroerende goederen wordt benoemd zijn zoon uit het eerste huwelijk met Lijsbeth Ruswat, genaamd Paulus Dirkse Casteleijn.
