in de krant van 27 maart 1935 heb ik een Geertruida Wilhelmina Blokland gevonden, die toen al was overleden. Het artikel is een familiebericht waarin staat dat de heer Bernhard Jozeph Waal is overleden op 17 maart 1935, 53 jaar, dus geboren ca. 1882, weduwnaar van Geertruida Wilhelmina Blokland
Waal is ook een naam die van plantage Nieuw Meerzorg komt.
