Ter instantie van het Hoog Officie van de stad en Meijerij van Den Bosch hebben wij gevisiteerd H.F.D. Eccrevisse med. doctor te Gemert en Gerart Josephus Schippers chirurgijn te Erp, doch aan het lichaam geen wonden, quetsure, of blauwe plekken gevonden hebben. Doch wel dat het opgezwollen was van het water. Het kind is door verdrinking om het leven gekomen. Getekend B. van de Werk en C. Rietman schepenen”.
