Now as to why they came to the United States of America I'm not to sure but they did, in July 1913
Johannes ( John ) came to america with only the clothes on his back and a willingness to work and
God as his guide, but work he did and in 1914 he sent back to Utrecht Holland for the rest of his
family, and they too, (well those that were born over there) came to the United States of America.
They lived and raised their young family here and never returned to Holland the city of their birth,
but leaving behind a rich heritage to the families that would soon eventually come along....
