Zij was het enig kind van Johan Veijser, geboren uit zijn eerste huwelijk
met Maeycke Jacobsdr., en blijkens de notulen van de Thoolse
Weeskamer (G. A. Tholen, Weesboeken 5, f. 319) omtrent
elf jaren oud, toen op 3 september 1640 (haar behuwdcom)
Frans lansz. Black als pnincipale voogd en (haar zwager)
Huybrecht Noortynck als toeziende voogd ‘de eed aflegden.

Het derde huwelijk van Maria Veijser zou met van lange
duur zijn, reeds op 6 mei 1672 (Z.E. 5692) worde voor weesmeesters
van Poontvliet vastgelegd (het accoord, gesloten tussen
David Rolle, de penningmeester Cornelis Rolle en Willem
lansz. Verstraafen, gezamenlijk zich sterk makende voor de
weeskideren van wijlen Maria Veijsers, geprocreeerd bij
Wouter Davidsz. en Christiaen Engelbergh, beiden zaliger,
ter ene zijde, en haar weduwnaar Willem Antonissen Mense,
ter andee zijde, waarbij de drie eerstgenoemden ten bate van
de wezen de boedel aanvaarden met al haar baten en schulden,terwijl Mense van
die boedel geheel afstand doet.
