      In het jaar EEN DUIZEND ACHT HONDERD VIJF EN VIJFTIG,
      den dertienden dag der maand December, zijn voor Ons ondergetekende Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken Stand der Gemeente Leeuwarden, Provincie Friesland, gecompareerd:
      Nicolaas beem, oud negen en vijftig jaren, Metselaar, Grootvader, en Jouwert (?) Abbing, oud vier en veertig jaren, baardscheerder, beide alhier woonachtig, welke ons als levenloos hebben aangegeven een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, uit Johannes Streur, Matroos, en Annechien Beem, Echtelieden, woonachtig te Groningen;
      op den Twaalfden dag der maand December dezes jaars, des nachts te half een ure alhier ter wereld gebragt, en hebben wij deze acte aan de Declaranten voorgelezen, (de verdere tekst is niet letterlijk meer te lezen, maar komt er op neer dat beide getuigen verklaren dat het kind is overleden).
