Geboren na 1737. Hij was grootschipper en trouwde op 21 maart 1773 met Geeske (Geiske) Roelofs in de Nederlands-Hervormde kerk te Akkrum. Beiden kwamen uit Terhorne. Volgens een brief van de stuurman van het schip waar hij op vaarde is hij op 28 april 1783 op zee buitenslands overleden, de brief deed er zes weken over. Hoewel zijn vrouw Geeske toen nog leefde, waren Bauke Annes, Jacob Annes en Ymkje Annes, zijn broers en zus, zijn erfgenamen. Bauke Annes en Jacob Annes werden benoemd als curatoren over hun innocente zuster Ymkje Annes. Geeske Roeloefs trouwde later met Bock Beekes, op 2 mei 1784 in de Nederlands-Hervormde kerk van Akkrum-Terhorne
