    - Hij verklaart dat zijn broeders en zusters hem onlangs 200 Carolus gulden hebben voorgeschoten, boven de 900 Carolus gulden welke hij volgens specificatie van 29-08-1614 ter voldoening van de erfenis van zijn vader en moeder ontvangen heeft.
    - Zijn moeije Geertruyt Aert Moeyendr had hem bij testament, gepasseerd voor mij notario d.d. 27-02-1615, 6 gulden jaarlijks bemaakt uit haar land te Sevenhuysen, losbaar met 150 gulden.
    - Dit testament heeft hij aanvaard na hem te zijn voorgelezen.
    - Hij verklaart met deze 200 gulden voldaan te zijn van deze 6 gulden jaarlijks, welke losbaar zijn met 150 gulden, welke zijn moije hem had bemaakt en welke door zijn broeders en zusters voldaan en afgelost zijn.
    - En met de resterende 50 gulden daarboven waarmee hij vereerd is.
    - Hij quitteert daarom zijn broeders en zusters van dat wat hem volgens dit testament na het overlijden van zijn tante zou toekomen, waarmee hij voldaan is en waarop hij na haar dood geen aanspraken zal hebben en waarvan hij afziet bij dezen.
