    Bij vooroverlijden van zijn moeder, erven:
    - Johannes Peters van Donckelaer, zijn broer;
    - Clara Peters van Donckelaer, zijn zus;
    - Margaretha Cornelis van Birckhoven, zijn halfzuster;
    Ieder voor 1/3 part, of hun erfgenamen. Indien zonder geboorte overleden, vererft het op de anderen. Ingeval erflater zonder kinderen komt te overlijden, is dit zijn uiterste wil.
