    ..dat Jan Geurssen, geboren te Amersfoort den 15e februari 1784*), zoon van Matthijs en van Geertruit van Ralt,
    den 23e augustus 1819 met het schip Aurora als Fusilier naar Oost Indië vertrokken en op den vierden augustus achtienhonderd een en twintig aldaar overleden is.
    Van de nalatenschap is niets bekend.
    : Getekend te 's-Gravenhage, den 5 maart 1829 door De Secretaris Generaal.

    *) in deze verklaring staat het jaartal 1784 geschreven; in relatie met de doopdatum lijkt dat op een lees/schrijf-fout en zal dat 1781 moeten zijn.
