    Boudewijn I van Guînes (ca. 1035 - na 1091) was een zoon van Eustaas I van Guînes en van Suzanna van Ghermines. Hij volgde zijn vader in 1052/1065 op als graaf van Guînes. Boudewijn koos partij voor Robrecht I de Fries in diens strijd tegen Richildis van Henegouwen en nam aan de zijde van Robrecht ook deel aan de Slag bij Kassel (1071) tegen Arnulf III van Vlaanderen.

    Hij was bekend om zijn moed, wijsheid en zijn voorbeeldige levenswandel. Boudewijn deed in 1084 een pelgrimstocht naar Santiago de Compostella, maar kwam ziek terug. Omdat hij zo goed verzorgd werd in de abdij van Charroux, stichtte hij als dank de abdij van Andernes, bij Guînes, waar hij en zijn vrouw ook werden begraven.
