    Otto van Warcq (ca. 955 - ca. 987) was een zoon van Albert I van Vermandois en van Gerberga van Lotharingen.

    In 971 richtte hij de vesting van Warcq op en viel hij zijn buren, zoals de bisschop van Reims, aan. Otto geldt als de eerste graaf van Chiny, alhoewel hij zo nog niet genoemd werd.

    Hij was getrouwd met Ermengarde, dochter van Robert I van Namen of van Albert I van Namen, en werd de vader van Lodewijk I (-1025).
