    Richenza van Northeim (1187/1189 - 10 juni 1141) was een dochter van graaf Hendrik van Northeim en van Gertrudis van Brunswijk. Van haar vader erfde zij het graafschap Northeim, van haar moeder het markgraafschap Brunswijk. Rond 1100 huwde zij met de toekomstige keizer Lotharius van Supplinburg. Zij hadden één dochter Gertrude (1115-1143) die zou huwen met Hendrik de Trotse, hertog van Beieren, en met Hendrik II van Oostenrijk.
