    Boso II van La Marche (-1010) was een zoon van Boso I van La Marche en van Emma van Périgord. Eerst regeert hij over Laag-Marche. Van zijn broer Aldebert erft hij in 997 en hergroepeert zo alle familiebezittingen in één hand. Boso is de eerste om zich graaf van La Marche te noemen. De marken vormden voorheen niet één graafschap (maar marken zoals de naam zegt). De grafelijke titel is vermoedelijk een uitbreiding van de titel van graaf van Périgord. Boso zou het beleg van Bellac tegen koning Robert II van Frankrijk gesteund hebben. Hij zou vergiftigd geweest zijn door zijn echtgenote en begraven zijn in Périgueux. Bij zijn dood tussen 1006 en 1012 werd Willem V van Aquitanië voogd over zijn zonen. Boso's zoon, Eli kreeg de stad Périgueux en Périgord, en Bernard, zoon van Aldebert, kreeg la Marche in zijn bezit.
