Publieke verkoop van een boerenbehuizing en schuur met 28.25,40 ha. land ten verzoeke van Harmannes Jansonius, landbouwer te Zeerijp, Anje Jansonius gehuwd met Popke Huizinga, landbouwer te Zeerijp (nr. 87), Jacobus Jansonius, landbouwer te Zeerijp, Trientje Jansonius gehuwd met Andies Borger zonder beroep te Tjamsweer.
De boerderij is door de kinderen verkregen als erfgenamen van hun moeder Popkolina Klaasens Bos, Laatste weduwe van Marten Jans Nieveen wiens enige ergenaam zij was.

Hermannus Jansonius, in 1898 te 't Zandt wonende vergezelde hij zijn zuster Trijntje Jansonius met haar dochter Sibbiena de zeereis naar Nieuw-Mexico (Maxwelleity), vrouw en Sibbiena volgden op 12 Febr. 1898.

Hermannes Jansonius is Hotelhouder geweest tot ±1900 te 't Zandt. Op dezelfde plaats is thans een verzetmonument onthuld.
