Notes about Imke Sijgers

Haar vader werd ook Sigreinus genoemd. Waarschijnlijk was zijn eigenlijke naam Sijger Pieters.Op 22 Dec.1689 trouwen volgens trouwboek Pieterburen en Wierhuizen Geert Jans en Stijnje Sigreinus van Vierhuizen. Imke wordt op 11 Maart 1683 aangenomen als lidmaat in Pieterburen, waarbij als haar achternaam Sigreinus wordt gegeven: "Den 11 Martij (1683) bedient het H. Avontmaal tot Petersbuiren ende sijn op het nieuw aangenomen Imke Sigreinus de huisvrou van Peter Wichers", daughter of Sijger Peters (Sigreinus) and Grietje Hendriks. Bij de inschrijving van het huwelijk te Pieterburen wordt vermeld dat hij van Baflo afkomstig is. Bij de doop van hun dochter Trijnje (DTB Pieterburen) wordt vermeld van het echtpaar: "op de Broek tot Wierhuizen wonende".
