Notes about Robert Marnoch HOBSON

He attended Llandegla Dairy College in Flintshire. In 1909 he emigrated to Australia and became a Jackaree (trainee manager) at a N.S.W. cattle station. He enlisted in the Royal Engineers in WWI. Returned to England with his wife and son in 1924 and took over a dairy farm in Charney Basset which he ran until he died.
