    L'an mil neuf cent onze, le onze décembre à midi, par devant nous, Penot Lucien, maire officier de l'état civil de la commune de Béthines, canton de Saint-Savin, arrondissement de Montmorillon, département de la Vienne, a comparu en la mairie Texier Joseph, domestique, âgé de vingt-six ans, domicilié au Château Piedmarteau, commune de Pouligny Saint Pierre, département de l'Indre, lequel nous a présenté un enfant du sexe masculin, né d'hier à quatre heures du soir à Doussac de cette commune en la demeure de Fillaud Benjamin, de lui Texier Joseph déclarant et de sa femme légitime Fillaud Juliette, cuisinière, agée de vingt-cinq ans, auquel enfant il a déclaré vouloir donner les prénoms de Raymond Louis Henri. Ces déclaration et présentation ont été faites en présence de Fillaud Benjamin, âgé de cinquante six ans et de André Adrien, âgé de vingt-huit ans, tous les deux propriétaires, demeurant séparément à Doussac de cette commune, le premier grand-père et le second voisin de l'enfant, et ont le père et le témoin André Adrien signé avec nous le présent acte ; le témoin Fillaud Benjamin a déclaré ne savoir signer de ce interpellé après lecture faite.
