    et demoiselle Brunet Louise Victorine, âgée de dix-huit ans, sans profession, née en la commune de St-Pierre de Maillé, le treize octobre mil huit cent cinquante quatre, ainsi qu'il résulte de son acte de naissance qui nous a été remis, fille mineure et légitime de Brunet Jean, âgé de soixante quatorze ans, colon à Saint-Hubert de cette commune, ici présent et consentant au mariage et de Girault Madeleine, âgée de cinquante huit ans, sans profession, demeurant à Saint-Hubert de cette commune, ici présente et consentant au mariage, d'autre part.
    Lesquels nous ont requis de procéder à la célébration du mariage projeté entre eux et dont les publications ont eu lieu dans notre commune les dimanches premier et huit juin mil huit cent soixante treize, et aux mêmes dates dans la commune d'Antigny ainsi que le montre le certificat de non opposition, délivré par le maire d'Antigny. Aucune opposition au dit mariage ne nous ayant été signifié, avons demandé aux futurs époux s'il existe entre eux un contrat de mariage, ce à quoi ils ont répondu affirmativement. Le contrat a été passé pardevant maitre Hillairet notaire à St-Savin le quinze juin mil huit cent soixante treize. Faisant droit à la réquisition après avoir donné lecture de toutes les pièces ci-dessus mentionnées et du chapitre six du code Napoléon relatif au mariage, avons demandé au futur époux et à la future épouse s'ils veulent se prendre pour mari et pour femme. Chacun d'eux ayant répondu séparément et affirmativement, déclarons au nom de la loi que Texier Louis et Brunet Louise Victorine sont unis en mariage et de tout avons dressé acte,en présence de M.M. B[ussat?] Pierre âgé de vingt-neuf ans tisserand, demeurant à Montgorand, commune d'Antigny, Tardif Désiré, âgé de vingt-trois ans, a[rmurier?] demeurant à Chatellerault, le premier ami du futur, le second cousin, Brunet Charles, âgé de vingt-neuf ans, colon à Rillé, commune de Jouhet, et Brunet Sylvain, âgé de trente-trois ans, garde-ligne de chemin de fer, demeurant à Cornerault, commune de Saulgé, tous deux frères de la future. Lecture faite, les parties et témoins ont déclaré de savoir signer excepté Texier Louis, Brunet Charles et Brunet Sylvain qui ont déclaré le savoir.
