NA 17-09-1782 voor notaris Hendrik Kruijne betreft testament Klaas Goudswaard: Muteel testament van Klaas Goudswaard en Pleuntje Steijl echtlieden wonende den Briel gegoed onder de 8000 gld. Als testateur het eerst sterft moet zij overgeven aan zijn broers en zusters met plaatsvervulling en die ontbrekende aan de kinderen van zijn overleden zuster Emmetje Goudswaard bij Jan Nederveld bij staken in hun moeders plaats al zijn kleren, gemaakt goud en zilver tot zijn lijf behorende daarvan alleen uitgezonderd zijn zilveren horloge en 2 paar gouden knopen, die aan de testatrice moeten blijven en dan nog moeten uitkeren aan zijn broer Willem Goudswaard 100 gld en bij diens overlijden aan de Diaconie armen van Abbenbroek 50 gld; als testrice kwam te hertrouwen moet zij uitkeren aan zijn broers en zusters met plaatsvervanging 500 gld. en als zij eerst sterft moet hij overdragen aan Stijntje Jongejan dr van Hugo Jongejan wonende in Tinte haar kerkboek met zilveren sloten gemerkt met MVT en nog een rok; aan Maartje Landheer dochter van Jacobus Landheer alhier een goudenb ketting met het gouden bootje; aan Dina Mol dr. van Flois de Mol alhier een bruine granaten ketting met bootje en een fijne of juwelen ring; voorts de overige kleren, gemaakt goud en zilver aan Kormnelis Steijl en bij vooroverlijden aan Jacobus Landheer en bij diens vooroverlijden aan zijn voorm. dochter Maartje Landheer; aan Jan van der Linden zoon van Gerrit van der Linden en Jannetje van Toledo dochter Floris van Toledo wonende alhier allen tezamen of de langstlevende van hen 500 gld. Als de langstlevende niet hertrouwt zal al hetgeen onverteerd is over gebleven versterven voor de ene helft op de broers en zusters en hun kinderen bij plaatsverv. en voor de wederhelft op de voorsz. Kornelia Steijl Jacobus Landheer, Jan van der Linden en Jannetje van Toledo met plaatsvervulling en die ontbrekende aan de langstlevende van hen. Zij benoemen tot voogd van zijn zijde Hendrik Vlielander wonende onder Zuidland en zij Pieter van Andel en seclusie van de weeskamer.
