NA 4-6-1764 voor notaris Hendrik Kruijne betreft testament: Mutueel testament van Arie Janszn. van der Hoek en Magdalena Simons Ruijgendijk echtlieden wonende onder Spijkenisse. Langstlevende kinderen opvoeden tot mondigen dage of eerder huwelijk en dan aan elk uitkeren 250 gulden. Bij hertrouwen van de langstlevende is deze verplicht de helft van de boedel aan de kinderen uit te keren. Langstlevende voogd of voogdes en met de langstlevende alsmede na de dood van die te benoemen zij tot voogden Gillis Goudswaard wonende Spijkenisse aan de Hartel en Jan Nederveld wonende onder Oud Beijerland en seclusie van de weeskamer.
NA 27-11-1775 voor Hendrik Kruijne betreft testament: Testament van Magdalena Simons Ruijgendijk weduwe van Arij Jans van der Hoek wonende te Spijkenisse, gegoed onder de 4000 gld. Zij prelegateert haar dochter Lena Ariens van der Hoek voor vele bewezen diensten 500 gld. Zij institueert de kinderen van wijlen haar dochter Maartje Ariens van der Hoek bij wijlen Pieter Arents Smit in blote legietime portie van haar moeder. Zij benoemd tot enige erfgenaam haar voornoemde dochter Lena en haar zoon Jan Ariens van der Hoek ieder voor de helft en bij vooroverlijden hun wettige descendenten en die ontbrekende op de langslevende van haar kinderen. Zij wil dat de bouwmanswoning met schuur, barg en wagenkeet te Spijkenisse waarop zij woont niet mag worden verkocht maar aan de voorszoon Jan in zijn erfportie moet worden aanvaard volgens taxatiewaarde vast te stellen door het gerecht van Spijkenisse. Voogden over de eventuele minderjarige erfgenamen Gillis Goudswaard wonende Spijkenisse aan de Hartel en Jan Nederveld wonende onder Oud Beijerland en seclusie van de
