"WARD -- Henry Caddy, of South Surrey, passed away August 15, 1991, at home, at age 75, after a lengthy illness. Survived by his wife Joy, daughters, Nora (Ray) Schmidt of Cochrane Alverta and Nancy (Ross) Fitzpatrick: grandchildren Ryan and Tara Fitzpatrick of Kimberly; sister Marguerite Ward of Calgary. Henry was employed with D.V.A. for 35 years. Wake to be held in Calgary, Tuesday August 20. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the British Columbia Cancer Society."
