Hinderk 'Henry' Meijer/Meyer is the source of Johanna Kruethoff for the mother of Karl Meijer on his death certificate. Uncle Hank is the half-nephew of Karl Meijer.

Voß, Klaas-Dieter, Jemgum, Niedersachsen, Ortssippenbuch Ditzumerverlaat, is the source of Johanna Filips Herlin. In an excerpt enclosed with his letter dated 19 Feb 1996 he writes,
