From Larry's daughter Laura:

For the family email chain:

My sweet Dad (Larry W. Bullo) passed away yesterday afternoon (9/30/2022) after a long fight with Crohn's disease, 2 rounds of COVID, and multiple other disease processes. He fought hard but his poor body wore out. We had hoped to have time to let people come visit and say goodbye--which he would have loved--and there was no indication that it wouldn't be a longer process but yesterday his condition changed very quickly. He died at home surrounded by both of his children, all of his grandchildren, and all of the family dogs. It was quick, peaceful, and he wasn't in any pain. Dad will be cremated, and part of his ashes will be buried with my mother and the other half will be spread in a certain location on Chuckanut Drive, per his wishes. We may have some of his ashes buried at the Bow cemetery, but we haven't decided yet. Per Dad's beliefs--he didn't want any funeral, burial, viewing, or religious ceremonies. But--he did want a party. Anyone who knew Dad knows that he loved food, music, family, and was a master storyteller. He could literally talk to anyone. We plan to have a "wake" in his honor with all of the above--including food and music that he selected. We will let everyone know when and where that will take place. We will also be placing an obituary in the Everett Herald and the Skagit Herald that will also be available on the Dignity Memorial website for the Arlington location (Weller's funeral home) and I will let everyone know when that will be published."
