A daughter of the late Andrew and Mary [Yake] Keffer, she was married 48 years ago to Mr. Rutters, who survives, togetherwith the following children: Mrs. Mary V. Alwood, Carlisle; Mrs. Bertha M. Sapankas, Worcester, MA; Leo I. Rutters, California; Mrs. Grace E. Villiers, Baltimore, MD; Clair D.
