"I am looking for information on JAMES SANDS (born circa 1843) and his wife Kate (born circa 1848) who lived in Colebrookdale Twp., in 1880 with their children; Henry (12), Franklin (10), Charles (8), Sarah (6), and Martha (1). Theyapparently moved to Adams Co., by the end of the1880s where Sarah married to Franklin Allwood/Alwood. Family tradition holds they were connected to the Sands family of Block and Long Islands."
