"Earl G. Scott Services Monday

Services for Earl G. Scott, 84, St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Indianapolis will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel.

He died Thursday in St. Anthony Hospital in St. Petersburg.

Scott was employed as mail supervisor for National Headquarters of the American Legion here 18 years, retiring in 1960. He was a member of Westminister Presbyterian Church at St. Petersburg, a former member of Irvington Presbyterian Church, a 50-year member of Irvington Masonic Lodge and Sahara Grotto, a member of Egypt Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star and Sunshine Commandery, and the American Legion.

He was also an Army veteran of World War I.

Survivors-wife Sadie; son Earl Jr.; daughters Martha Boles, Jean Smith, Carol Reed."
