Second wife of Ludwig Plagmann, Mother of 9 Children.
She and Ludwig moved to Hanson County South Dakota in 1879 and founded a homestead in Taylor Township. The were charter members of the St Martins Evangelical Lutheran Church in Alexandria, and the church cemetery is located on the southeast corner of their homestead quarter section.
Grave stone shows birth in 1849, however Lutheran Baptism record from Eldena, Mecklenburg, Deutschland shows as 1848.
